this friday we are flashing back to halloween 2015, when bailey was pretty in pink as a prima ballerina. this is another of my favorite shots of her. she is picture perfect.
two nights ago the los angeles dodgers won the world series. congrats guys! we normally don't follow baseball, and i have to admit we only watched bits and pieces of the series, but we did watch the last hour of the last game and saw them become the world series champions of 2020. BOL
even though i see bailey everyday, sometimes i forget just how tiny she is. then i see her using hubby's thumb as a head rest, and i'm like, wow, she is so tiny! BOL
bailey is my little cuddle bug. need proof? this is how we wake up most mornings. when she snuggles up, i always spend a little longer in bed to just enjoy our special time. just her and i.
i don't know about where you are but we had quite a chilly weekend here in so cal. bailey spent most of it curled up in a little ball. it's about time we got some fall weather around here.
here is yet another of bailey's silly sleeping positions. she's got so many! i guess i never really paid attention until i started taking pictures of them. sweet dreams, sweet bailey.
aww, look at little bailey 11 months after we rescued her. as you can see, she's loved being bundled between blankies from the very beginning.
fun fact: sometimes when bailey naps, she tucks her face into her afghan but leaves her ears out. even though she is asleep i think her ears are still awake. always listening. always aware.
what's bailey's favorite part about getting a bath? getting out of the kitchen sink and into the warmth of the midday sun. (yes, i give her a bath in the kitchen sink. where else would i bathe a 3 1/2 pound doggie?)

congrats to the los angeles lakers who became the nba champions last night. personally, i think it was bailey's cheering them on that helped them clinch the game, and the championship. BOL
this flashback pic of bailey is from 2011, less than a year after we rescued her. no longer having to fend for herself, she could finally relax and be the princess she was born to be. she had a loving home with everything she could possibly want. she was safe & loved and it showed on her face... and in her posture. BOL
sometimes, when i look at bailey, i think she looks just like a baby. do you see it too?
since bailey proudly shows her little raspberry in most of her photos, i had to find a super raspberry to share on tongue out tuesday. i think this one fits the bill pretty well.
OMD, that face... those marble eyes, that little raspberry... ugh, i melt.
bailey was sitting pretty, in 2018, with a little help from daddy. she had a little trouble keeping her balance on the sofa cushion, so her daddy jumped in and lent a helping hand. thanks hon.
