she'd had her share of illnesses and difficulties but she always pulled through. she had been in declining health for a few months but we thought it was because of her kidney disease. when we found out she also had cancer, that was a game changer. it took hold and didn't let go.
the day i lost her, i literally felt my heart break. she was my once-in-a-lifetime dog and i still ache for her. i miss her more than words can say.
