flashback friday 2016

this is bailey each 4th of july, and probably your dog too. fireworks terrify her. even though they are illegal in our city, people have been shooting them off for the past few weeks. sometimes bailey hears them, sometimes she doesn't. tomorrow i will have the tv on loud and she will be wearing her thundershirt, to help calm her. hopefully, with her slight hearing loss, she won't hear what's going on outside and she'll have a peaceful night. fingers crossed. do the fireworks bother your pets? what do you do for them?

until we meet again my friends, stay safe-

  1. We always kept our Little Bit inside and stayed with her. If there was a party someone we declined. We were good parents as you are.

Have a woof woof day and weekend, Miss Baily. My best to your attentive parents. ♥

  2. It's very difficult for our pets. All we can do is hug them and so they will know we are there for them.

  3. If you could get back into that blanket from the past, you'll be safe, B. I was never afraid of fireworks. I can sleep right through them. Probably because I'm exhausted from begging for a piece of hamburger...

    Love and licks,
