the tale of a tail

this morning when bailey went outside to take care of business, she discovered a lizard tail on the patio! imagine our surprise! i wasn't sure if i should let bailey check it out but she just sniffed it and walked away. has your pooch ever found anything as strange as a lizard tail?

i wonder what could have scared poor lizard so much that he would lose his tail and i wonder how long it will take him to grow another? poor little lizard without a tail :(

  1. Hey that's pretty neat! The only thing remotely close that we discovered like that is a rubber hose.

  2. Wow! I wonder how on Earth he would've lost his tail?? That's so interesting...and sad for the lizard. I hope he's OK...

Kobe's never found anything interesting aside from a butterfly and he'll do his best to catch it, but it never works out for him! :)

Hope you and Bailey have a great weekend!

  6. Whoa! A lizard tail! Mom would totally flip if she saw me sniffing it! Well, just the other day on our walk, i spotted a poor x_x bird in the middle of the carpark. O.O Poor birdy.. Mom didn't let me sniff it too.

Anyway, on a happier note Bailey, Mom and i passed on an award to you guys :D We think your blog is truly delightful to read! :D It looks like you've gotten this award before, well now you have TWO! Yippee! =D
