time to recharge

taking care of bailey has gotten easier but it is still a full time job and sometimes i have to recharge with a little siesta in the afternoon. i think if bailey had it her way, we would siesta together on a daily basis.

earlier this year when we went to olvera street, i bought a cobija mexicana for bailey, because shouldn't every mexican doggie have a mexican blanket? it quickly became her favorite and she takes her siestas on it all the time. it is so soft and warm, i have borrowed it a few times myself, but don't tell bailey.

the best spot for a siesta is usually on someone's lap and with daddy's hand as a pillow, bailey can drift off to dreamland feeling safe and protected. Zzz
