aoife's favorite pastime is to chase lizards. she has never caught one [thank goodness] but it surely isn't from lack of trying. i personally like the lizard population just as it is, so fingers crossed that she never catches one. here, she has discovered a lizard on the ledge of the horsetail planter. she can see it but can't reach it and it is driving her crazy! look at the intensity in her eye!
bailey on the other hand could care less about lizards. check out friday's post if you need proof.
until we meet again my friends-
Aoife...The Great and Mighty Lizard Hunter! :)
ReplyDeleteThough we love Golden Retrievers, our longest-lived dog (15) was our Terrier-mix, Sunny. She was deadly to the lizards in San Diego. When she caught one, instincts took over and the lizard didn't have a chance.
ReplyDeleteThat lizard's days may be numbered! Great picture.
ReplyDeleteI think that lizard better pay attention. One day Aoife, one day.
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Goose
That is a super cute picture. She'll get one some day.
ReplyDeleteHeh. That's pawsome. You'll just have to catch a lizard for her, introduce them to each other. Lizards rock!
ReplyDeleteOooh, I see it! I see it! I would be chasing that lizard and crying!
ReplyDeletewe love looking for those little teasers too
ReplyDeleteBenny & Lily
I have seen that look in Kelsey. She actually catches a few every year though (ewwww).
ReplyDeleteI bet the lizards are really fun to watch and chase because they move so fast. Chester and Gretel have never seen one so I wonder what they would do.
