family portrait (sort of)
the other evening when we were sitting on our backyard swing, and the sun was setting behind us, it cast a perfect shadow on our patio. i grabbed my iphone for an impromptu family portrait and this is what i was able to get before the sun disappeared behind a cloud.

How cool is that?!? I could never get that kind of family portrait. Five people, two dogs, one cat, three chickens, two ducks - we'd look like some kind of bizarre monster.
