post-thanksgiving

i hope everyone’s thanksgiving went off without a hitch and you have recovered from your food coma. this year we did a thanksgiving brunch, with turkey quiche instead of the traditional turkey. as for bailey, she had a scrambled egg with side of veggies.

it’s dinnertime at casa chihuahua and bailey is enjoying her meal even more because of her new placemat. isn’t it adorable? we just love it.

i found it at etsy. it is 100% cotton on front, a waterproof pad on the back and 100% cotton flannel in the middle for extra absorbency!

bailey was cozy under her afghan when i put her dinner down. oh no, she’s cold but she’s hungry. it’s a conundrum for sure.

bailey is a messy eater. that's just the way it is and this day wasn't any different. except for one thing. as she was finishing up her dinner, i noticed something. do you see it?

there's a carrot on her foot! how in the world did that happen? and how did it manage to stay on while she was eating? i dunno. BOL

as she was cleaning up after dinner, she noticed her carrot foot and quickly cleaned that up too. good girl.
