we visited the old fisherman's wharf in monterey last weekend. there is so much history there. we had a blast.
santa rosalia is the patron saint of the italian fishermen in monterey.

"the fisherman" by jesse corsaut is a tribute to those who made a living from the riches of the sea.
bailey is not really sure what to think about this place. it's nothing like home! "toto, i've a feeling we're not in kansas any more."

Oh, Monterey is one of Ma FAVORITE places to go!! It's so beautifuls there, thou, she said she wouldn't trust MOI there with the Sea Lions...pffft! I would just bark back at em'!! BOLReplyDelete
