still a conehead

aoife is spending a couple of weeks with us and i'm surprised how well she is getting on with her cone. i could probably take it off now but she attempted to scratch her eye yesterday, so i'm going to leave it on an extra day. some stitches were taken out tuesday but she still has more that will dissolve on their own. i don't want to have to call daughter #1 and tell her that she hurt herself so i'm playing it safe and leaving it on an extra day. it's better to be safe than sorry.
