patience is a virtue, even with dogs

aoife is a power walker. she is focused and always keeps her eye on the finish line. bailey's walk is more of a stroll. she likes to meander and stop to check each and every pee mail along the road. it took a while to teach aoife to be patient on a walk but now she can sit calmly and wait until we catch up to her.

the difference between aoife and bailey

aoife is a one shot chihuahua. i tell her "aoife look" and she does. she stays still and i snap the picture. no fuss, no muss.

bailey on the other hand, not so much.

it's as if she's in her own little world...

and can't even hear me.
